This piece by Andy Goldsworthy is especially interesting to me. The circles he has made into this block of snow reminds me of some sort of time machine. I also am intrigued by the triangular snow structure that seems to be holding it up, as it looks exceptionally sharp against the circles. It almost looks like an arrow telling you to step inside. This is a beautiful piece that I would surely stop and stare at for hours if I saw it in the woods, and I love that he creates shapes and colors out of objects in the wild that you could never see naturally. I am also curious about his infatuation with circles and holes as I saw in much of his work. Truly beautiful piece!
